During
a trip to Palermo the daily dose of cod liver oil, which all of the
waiters receive free of charge from their first day of employment, is
distributed by Mr. Frølund. The recipe has been handed down for
generations in Anton Svennevig's family, and it is this self same recipe
that Miss Overgaard uses to make the life-giving drops on her cousin's
farm in Fjerridtslev, near Henherred in North Jutland.
