At the opening of a new cultural centre in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg's second biggest city, Mr. Hamborg, Erling and Mr. Gade got a marvellous opportunity to exchange tips on the finer points of table manners with Luxembourg's Minister of Culture, Madame Erna Hennicot.
