Café Kølbert in Sweden

Long before our setting foot in the country, our well brought up cousins had felt the lack of polite and pleasant service at their shrimp blowouts and other knees-ups. Since the first landfall of the peace-bearing Kølbert service personnel, we have travelled more often to Sweden than anywhere else abroad.
